• Prices depend upon the size of your venue and your needs, we have hourly, half day and full day rates and only ever charge for the time spent taking your photos. Your costs are based on how long it takes us to shoot your images required.
• Still photography can be requested as an addition service to the shooting of the virtual tour itself.
  • Please be aware this will increase the shoot time and therefore the costs as the on site shooting of the virtual tour and the shooting of any still photography is a separate process.
• Shoots can be tailored to your individual budget so any business can take full advantage of this opportunity.
• Photo shoots are quick, non-disruptive and can be done during or outside of business hours.

The prices quoted above are an ‘all inclusive’ price – we will not make any additional charges for processing OR usage/license fees. Expenses are charged for sites outside of Greater Manchester and Cheshire – please see the details below.

Expenses:

Any expenses will be clearly detailed on your quote, but in general:

• We charge mileage for all projects outside of Greater Manchester and Cheshire at £0.65 per mile.
• We charge travel time for all projects over 2 hours away from our base in Altrincham, WA14 postcode. We charge nothing for the first 1 hour 30 minutes (in each direction) then £30.00 for each additional hour (in each direction) – rounded up to the full hour.
• Hotels and expenses (if required) are charged at cost.

Integration Into Google

• - We integrate your tour into the heart of your Google Listing to boost your SEO, user engagement and visits to your website:
• - Look at the Google listing for my client Ayuda House in the Google Search Engine, the "See photos" section under the 360 view tab. This tour will be seen under your listings on all Google platforms.

Your Own Bespoke Virtual Tour

• - An interactive Virtual Tour with a Bespoke Customised ‘layer’ that sits on top of your virtual tour:

Embed The Tour On Your Website and Use In your Social Media

• - It’s quick, easy and free to embed the Google platform tour and the Bespoke virtual tour onto your website. Increase user engagement, boost visit duration's and lower bounce rates.
• - Embed the tour onto your Facebook page or post and share across all your social media with high quality and engaging 360º content that shows off your business to attract more likes and shares.
• - We will provide all the technical information (Share Links/Embed Codes) and practical guidance that you need to accomplish this and will guide you through the process if required.

Full Compatibility

• - All our tours are fully compatible with all desktop and mobile platforms, Virtual tours can be viewed using any device including Virtual Reality Headsets.

Our expertise and time to process your images

• -We take care of all colour balancing, sharpening, image stitching, ‘coding’ and, as necessary, correction for geometry to create your Virtual Tour and edit still images.
• -In general it takes (at least) as long to process/edit your images and create the virtual tour as it does to shoot it. There are no extra charges for processing.

Supply of your high resolution images

• - We will supply the high resolution JPEG files for any still images and the 360 panoramic Virtual Tour images if requested. Other file formats – PSD, PSB or TIFF – are available on request.

A license/the right to use your images

• - We do not place any time restrictions on how long you can use the images or how many times you use them, BUT there may be restrictions on HOW you use them and these will be detailed in your quote (this restriction usually only applies to large scale, world-wide, non-web advertising campaigns).

Since we don’t like hidden costs, and don’t see why you should either, we’ve listed our basic prices – however, we often find potential clients over estimate the time it will take to get their photos and so therefore also over estimate their costs.

We usually find it’s best for us to give you a personalised quote and are happy to provide you with a full breakdown of our rates that will clearly explain the options that best suit your exact needs.

Before we can give you an accurate quote there’s some specific information we need from you.

• What roughly is the size of the area you want us to photograph
• What exactly do you want us to photograph if still images required
• Where is the shoot is taking place – just a rough address (or addresses) is fine so we know if there are any travel costs we need to quote for
• Will the shoot involve multiple sites – if so, roughly how many
• Will the job require more than one visit – if so roughly how many and over what time scale

It would also be helpful if you could tell us …

• What your tour needs to communicate, what your still images need to communicate if required.
• If you have a clear idea of how the photos should look – if you’ve got any examples to share with us that would be great
• If you’ll you be passing your photos onto a third party who are working on your behalf
